Smith World Travel Inc. is acting as intermediary or as agent for suppliers in selling travel-related services, or in accepting reservations or bookings for services that are not directly supplied by this travel agency (such as air and ground transportation, hotel accommodations, meals, tours, cruises, etc.)

Smith World Travel Inc. SHALL NOT be responsible for breach of contract or become liable for any personal injury, property damage, accident, delay, inconvenience, change in itinerary or accommodations, or other irregularity which may occur due to (1) wrongful, negligent or arbitrary acts or omissions on the part of the suppliers, their employees or others not under the direct control of Smith World travel Inc. (2) Defects or failures of any conveyance, equipment of instrumentality under the control of the suppliers, and (3) but not limited to acts of god, fire, acts of governments or other authorities, wars, civil disturbances, riots, strikes, thefts, pilferage, epidemics, quarantines or dangers incidental to the sea, land and air. If a Supplier declares bankruptcy, cancels or postpones service, or otherwise fails to provide or perform the service that you
purchased, it is the Supplier and not Smith World Travel Inc.,
as travel agents, that is legally responsible to you. In seeking reparations or refunds, you must contact the Supplier directly or, in the case of a Supplier default, the bankruptcy court handling the case. You must have a passport for any international travel starting January 2007. This applies to children, infants and adults.
